Rec. Player Registration costs

for the 2025/26 Season 

   

CURRENT REGISTRATION PERIOD  1st Oct 2025 - 30th Sept 2026

The EIH Rec Section has a system for Player registrations whereby players register themselves to clubs. The period each season is for a maximum of 12 consecutive months. There is no pro-rata option.

Players should not register without first contacting and gaining the OK from their prespective Club/Team Manager. 

Registering without their knowledge will slow the process and possibly render your registration void. 

  • Standard Primary (1st Team) Rec. Player Registration - £55.00 /player
  • Coaches As a registered coach the upgrade for a Player is £34.75
  • 2nd or 3rd Team Rec. Player Registration - £25.00 /player/team (3 Max)
  • Women's Licence Holder - Rec Licence will be £25.00 per team
  • BUIHA Licence Holder - Rec Licence will be £25.00 per team

2025 / 2026 On Ice Officials Fees

Below are the set costs for Referees to officiate approved games within the Rec Section

Please note this does not include: Car Parking or Dartford Crossing Tolls, so this would be in addition to the quoted fees.

The M6 Toll road is not supported but they may use it at their own expense.

1 Referee = £99.00

2 Refrees = 2 x £49.50 (= £99.00)

3 Officials = £43 + £28 + £28 (= £99.00)

Max Millage 150 @ 0.45p /mile = £67.50

Max Total on the day is;

 £166.50 + Parking & tolls
